3. Target sheet Stick the target sheet in your book. Can you then honestly fill in the first column?

4. Word list Can you read through the word list after you have stuck it in?

5. Aims To consider the impact of electricity on our lives

6. Can you quickly, quietly and sensibly take your stools and sit around Mr Porter?

7. Electric motors In your groups, can you list all the devices (in your home and at school) that use electric motors.

8. In your groups can you discuss how life would be different without electricity. You have 5 minutes. Mr Porter will ask one person from each group (who he chooses!) to report back to the rest of the class.
