1 Our First Lab Report: Safety First You must complete a pre-lab prior to starting any lab. Open packets to p28.

2 Title: Measurement Inquiry

3 Purpose: To determine the rule(s) for measuring

4 Safety: Do not touch anything! Just observe the measurements. If you are touching something you must have goggles and closed toed shoes!

5 Procedure: 1.With your partner walk around the six stations and take measurements in your data table. Note: Make all measurements as accurately as the instrument allows and label all numbers with appropriate units. 2.When finished write the data on the board to determine class data

7 You will follow this pre- lab procedure for every lab we do. Without it you are not doing the lab and will lost points!
