ASOS.Com is a global online fashion and beauty retailer and offers over 50,000 branded and own label product lines across women’s wear, men’s wear, footwear, accessories, jewelry and beauty. ASOS has websites targeting the UK, USA, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Italy, Australia and China and also ships to over 237 other countries from its two distribution center’s in the UK.

Yes! ASOS became the UK fashion retailer with the second highest number of Facebook fans, more than 1.4 million. The campaign on Twitter was very successful. More than 1.4 million who join the campaign and hash tag their picture of wearing clothes from ASOS ASOS becomes the most popular shop online in Europe and the UK.

It makes customers to have more secure to purchase their products. ASOS be able to get more target audience which it far away from The UK. ASOS be able to be in the conversation of teenagers and know what they need then use this to upgrade their products.

We have done research about Social Media for ASOS, we did not see any disadvantage of them. As their staff and workers are always taking time on the social media of the company. Also, their social media brought more negative than positive way to the company.

Yes! As Lipton ice tea was expect to be more popular drink among young target audience, the social media was helping them a lot to get a new Lipton Ice Tea lovers. To make a new idea for young target audience of drinking Lipton Ice Tea. Which mean that they will look cool or trendy to drink it. If compare Lipton Ice Tea and others products on this platform, Lipton Ice Tea still successful as their expect. The reason was, who ever drink it will be able to tell what is good or not. On our research on Pinterest, we have found so many pictures but not that interesting to pin or follow. Also, there are not many campaign to let people to join or interested more.

Group Opinion Nikki For ASOS.Com : I love their managing and the way they point out what exactly they want their target audience to receive from them. From the social media, they are also build a lot of trust to their customer. For Lipton Ice Tea: For me, Lipton Ice Tea are already big and well known company. To have the social media platform can be only optional, but it will be better if the brand will have more of campaign to let customer to involve of their products. Goong - I love the way that ASOS are trying to expand their brand in many social media ways and try to make audience know more about their brand. They also point out their target audience which is very easy for audience to follow their campaign. - For Lipton Ice Tea, this drink’s brand is already well known in worldwide. To having more campaign could make customers have more chance to involve in the product brand. Ying For ASOS: I think the PR for this company did very well with its product campaign. Thus ASOS become a large well-known company for its only – online fashion and beauty store. For Lipton Ice Tea: I think, it is good that they have the social media platform because it could pull the target audience want to interested to the product. However, I think, this company need more promotion to get more target audience Concern for both: There can be possible for hackers to instigate virus attacks on twitter
