Customer Service Training All DEQ Managers have received customer service training from Dr. Manzer with OSU. One idea he emphasized is - “make sure the water gets to the end of the row” Customer Service Training

To push the flow of information on customer service, all DEQ employees will receive customer service training by May Water Quality is the next Division to receive training Three top initiatives when providing customer service Reliability – Consistency of your performance and dependability Responsive – Your willingness or readiness to provide service Competence – The possession of the required skills and knowledge, by the employee, to provide the service
