UNEP Collaborating Centre on Energy and Environment Objective 1: Sensitize government support for the CDM Generic work plan contents Objective 2: Develop capacity of policy makers Objective 3: Establish institutional framework for the CDM projects Objective 4: Strengthen capabilities of the public and private sectors (based on envisaged role in CDM) Objective 5: Establish a pipeline of the CDM projects
