4 Brand-equity value added The 3-prong event marketing approach is the most effective way for your brand to communicate to our audience… Phase 1 Pre-Event “Exposure”  PE can work with the sponsor to create print, email and other media material.  In many cases sponsors incorporate their own marketing material in order to “test” its effectiveness on our control group. “More Bang for Your Buck” Phase 2 Event “Execution”  During the event, sponsors have several techniques at their disposal including data collection, surveys, public announcements and product sampling.  Product stands can be arranged.  Together we can create a compelling program that is right for your brand. Phase 3 Post-event “Rap-up”  In many regards, Phase 3 is the most value-added.  PE has developed techniques that get information about your product back in front of each individual within a more “personal” setting.  Specific consumer tracking techniques and other methodologies can also be utilized.

5 Sponsorship Benefits & Rights  Phase 1 “Pre Event”  Company logo on all print material  Company logo with link to sponsor’s home page appears on PE website  Company logo on periodic e-mailer (5,000 distribution list)  Company name in any PE announcement/press release  Company adverts/coupons and letter-head including company logo included in all postal distribution  As part of a reward scheme, PE will post over 450 promotional tickets for our February and March Poetry n Motion events. We would include your marketing material as part of this package.  Phase 2 “Featured Event”  Presenting Sponsor Designation: RAW AMERICAN COMEDY UNCUT sponsored by “Company Name”*  Right to display company signage (poster on easel) at event  Right to distribute agreed promotional items at event  Right to implement a data collection vehicle at event  Right to set-up a single (1) product booth  Reserved seating for four (4) guests at each event  Verbal acknowledgement at event by host  Phase 3 “Post Event”  Company adverts/coupons and letter-head including company logo included in all postal distribution  As part of our RAW reward scheme, PE will post attendees FREE tickets to our April. 24 th Poetry n Motion event. We will include your marketing material for this as well. This amounts to circa 1,350 packages being mailed.  Right to use RAW logo for mutually agreed promotional purposes * Exclusivity agreement must be reached. Speak to your PE account manager.
