1. Entering Contracts in CLIP

2. CLIP has tools to make Data better  Force people to enter in the information that they are supposed to enter.  Color code things to make it obvious what should be entered.  Make a manual that explains every option on your Standard Contracts.  Use the new Packages option.

3. KnowItAll  Use KnowItAll to document processes within your company.  Make sure all of your processes for entering contracts can be found by everyone in the company.  Also make sure everyone has the latest most up to date copy of how to enter your contracts.

4. Writing Contracts  You can include extra information on your website.  Make sure that you store them in CLIP.

5. General Rules  Limited Contracts you need to setup min/max/charge over max  Discounts come from QuickBooks (for qCLIPxe)  Enter installments under the installments tab.  Chemical Applications should be entered under Programs and Rounds.  Jobs that aren’t Part of the contract should be setup as Per Service.
