1. APPLICATION SHARING IN COLLABORATE

2. CLICK THE APPLICATION SHARING ICON After you click here, a window will open asking which application you would like to share.

3. AS YOU’RE SHARING… On your window (the sharer), the application will have a yellow outline. Type and work as usual. Files will save to your hard drive, etc. To stop sharing…these icons should appear in the top right corner. Click to Stop sharing Click to Pause sharing Click to take a screen shot of the application and add to white board.

4. AS YOU’RE SHARING Other participants will see the application as shown on your screen. So, they can see what you’re typing as you type it. Black boxes are windows from other applications that may be open over the shared application.

5. ANOTHER WAY TO SHARE APPLICATIONS Go to “Tools” Select “Application Sharing” from the dropdown menu Select “Start sharing” Pick the application to share.
