5 Listening to community…..  youth disorder  street drinking and drug dealing/taking  damage to property, vehicles and theft  dogs roaming, dog fouling and barking  personal safety and security  problems with nuisance neighbours  litter in the streets  untidy gardens and communal areas  dirty stairs and closes  vandalism and graffiti  fly tipping  Govanhill tired and uncared for ……
