Listening to community….. youth disorder street drinking and drug dealing/taking damage to property, vehicles and theft dogs roaming, dog fouling and barking personal safety and security problems with nuisance neighbours litter in the streets untidy gardens and communal areas dirty stairs and closes vandalism and graffiti fly tipping Govanhill tired and uncared for ……
