This means that it should not take more than a few minutes The data required to start a project should be minimal The options should be obvious even to an occasional user By default, a full engagement is created, but the user has the option to deselect certain steps to make a light(er) engagement By clicking on any tile, a pop-up box will appear listing all the sub-topics for that tile. The user can select/deselect any of the options. If all options are de- selected the parent tile will be greyed out.

Each topic will include one or more steps and will vary depending on the options selected in the wizard, e.g. Offer type or Geo. Each task may have one or more of the following associations. Data Capture Forms Documents ( for reference or templates to complete and upload ) Link to external sites In additional each task has a number of updateable attributes, including Assigned User Due & Completed Date Status Notes Tasks do not have pre-requisites or successors, so there is no enforced sequence on when each task is worked on. * CC wants to have pre-requites and suggested order, but enforned Tasks may be added or removed from the project. This can be done either by re-running the wizard, adding one or more pre-defined tasks or adding a new ad hoc task.
