Scripture Reading Romans 10:16-18
16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?" 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did: "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world."

Oh, be careful little ears what you hear. . . Oh, be careful little tongue what you say. . . Ob, be careful little hands what you do. . . Oh, be careful little feet where you go. . .

Take the other ram. . Slaughter it, take some of its blood and put it on the lobes of the right ears of Aaron and his Sons. (Exod. 29:19-20).

Hear the word of the Lord (Isa. 1:10).
Rise up and listen. . Hear what I have to say! (Isa. 32:9) Give ear and come to me; hear me that your soul may live (Isa.55:3). Hear and pay attention, do not be arrogant, for the Lord has spoken (Jer. 13:15) Hear the word of the Lord! (Ezek. 13:2) Now then, hear the word of the Lord (Amos 7:16) Listen to what the Lord says (Mic. 6:1)

He taught them many things by parables, and in his teaching said: “Listen” (4:2)
He who has ears to hear, let him hear (4:9) They may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding (4:12) As soon as they hear it, Satan comes and takes away the word (4:15) Others. . hear the word and at once receive it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time (4:16,17) Others. . hear the word; but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word (4:18,19) Others. . hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop (4:20) If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear (4:23) Consider carefully what you hear (4:24)

A man scatters seed on the ground
A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain – first the stalk –then the head, then the full kernel in the head. As soon as the gain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come. (Mark 4:26-28).

But the process that leads to production begins with hearing, so be careful little ears what you hear.
