8 NOCN Level 2 Award in Governance in the Voluntary and Community Sector (QCF) The National Open College Network (NOCN) is the Awarding Body for the Qualification Level 2 Qualification (GCSE Grade A*-C; good knowledge/understanding of the subject area, able to perform varied subject tasks) Award (1-12 credits). The Qualification is 6/7 credits in total (60-70 hours of notional learning hours) SkillShare considers the qualification relevant to the majority of residents and community groups.
