3. Training Certificate Training Completion Reflects that student has undergone a PPE training and is now knowledgeable on PPE Curriculum Infant Mortality Preconception Health Social Determinants of Health Life Course Perspective Fatherhood STIs

4. PPE Certificate After the student completes a set number of activities the student will be recognized as a PPE Affiliation to a campus, organization, etc. 1 recruitment event per semester 1 training per school year 2 Campus activities per semester Must attend 6/8 Webinars per school year.

5. Reporting Training Certificate Excel Sheet with contact information for all newly trained students PPE Certificate New PPE reporting form Must be approved by faculty adviser
