5  Membership - 70-75 members in 2014  Recruitment – emphasis on “welcome in”, orientation and mentoring  Fellowship – remains a core value  Leadership – we continue to develop leadership at Club and District level  District – we promote and support District 5020 events  Public Relations – effective PR program and continued support for excellent website  Fiscal Responsibility – well managed and able to support its service programs  Communications – members and the board are “in the loop” - members know and participate in the vision – info from RI flows easily to members  The Four Way Test – understood and used by all

6  The Club continues to be committed to supporting TRF and its goals  The club values: Paul Harris Fellows (Multiple) Sustaining Members EREY (Every Rotarian Every Year) Benefactors Bequest Society  The Club remains committed to the eradication of Polio through Polio Plus

7  Three overarching values which effect all avenues of service: * Literacy * Youth * Strategic Partnerships

8 The Club recognizes a diversity of occupations in the community Each member recognizes their own occupation to be an opportunity to serve

9 The Club and its members participate fully in service to the community

10 Club members recognize that we live in an affluent society and participate in programs that support health, hunger and humanitarian programs to those who are less fortunate than us. World Peace is a value of the Club

11 The club members are committed to offering their time and talents to raise funds to fulfill the club’s service goals
