3. Safe Places logo Some shops and buildings in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire have agreed to be a Safe Place. Look for this sticker in the window. They can help.

4. Get a Safe Place Help Card Ask for a Help Card. Write the name and phone numbers of people to contact. Take your card with you when you go out.

5. What happens at a Safe Place? Show the staff your Help Card Tell the staff what has happened if you choose The staff contacts the person on the card Wait at the Safe place until you feel better or your contact arrives
