Wellness and Physical Education Programs rated Recognized Porter has held a Zumbathon, Summer recreation, Relay for Life, and UTB Walk-a-thon. Porter provides physicals for HS students. Campus participates in breakfast in the classroom and afterschool snacks. Porter High School

Community and Parental Involvement rated Exemplary Porter provides Curbside coffee and parent’s corner to give information to parents about testing, meetings, and updates. Meetings for college trips and transcripts. Tutorial is provided to targeted students. Porter High School

Dropout Prevention Strategies rated Exemplary Students are identified and monitored for lacking credits. Dropout Specialists is available mornings, during school, afterschool, summer, and weekends to assist with credit recovery. Porter High School

Gifted and Talented Program rated Recognized All students are able to be nominated in order to qualify for the Gifted and Talented Program. Some programs that GT students are involved in are History Fair, Science, Fair, & Destination Imagination. Porter High School
