1. Supporting a school in India

2. Mr Sewell visited India over half term. He flew into Delhi

3. Mr Sewell visited an area called Madhya Pradesh

4. He went looking for tigers

5. And found a local Government school

6. Where the toilets were not very pleasant

7. And the playground was dusty and there were few things to do

8. There is only one thing on the walls – a blackboard

9. The children sit on a thin piece of material on a concrete floor

10. The walk down to the school is along a dusty track

11. The children are given a school uniform each year by the Government

12. The teachers were asked to make a list of things which they would need to help the children with their learning, help the teachers with their teaching and make the classrooms a more exciting place to be.
