7. Chart Cultural Shift Status Step 1: Pick-up sticky notes. Step 2: Write your team name at the top of each sticky note. Step 3: For each focus area, write a brief description under the team name. Then, rank the focus. Example: 10th English 7 Step 4: Post it up!
