Basic Literacy Program (BLP)- w/c is program for the illiterates on basic reading writing and numeracy skills, Accreditation & Equivalent Program (A &E) – w/c is to the elementary and high school programs of formal education and w/c address the learning of schooling as mandated by the Philippine Constitution.
