4. 4 This project is co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey OBJECTIVES GLOBAL OBJECTIVE: to adjust the Operational Programme in terms of strategy, as well as management and implementation processes, with a view to fostering its effective and efficient implementation after 2011 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: to collect evidence on and analyse the programme strategy, management and implementation processes; consequently, to make recommendations for adjusting the RCOP (as regards programme strategy, management and implementation) with a view to improving its financial and physical performance; To pave the way, to the extent the analysis allows it, towards the future IPA programming period. If no, should there be any changes in priorities, measures, eligibility of actions and priority regions for a revision of the RCOP?
