5.  FOS is a regional projectorganization covering schools, kindergardens, culture schools, adult education and educational and psychological counselling service  FOS offers services to more than 100 units in Bømlo, Etne, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Sveio municipalities.  FOS offers continued training and refresher courses for teachers, school leaders and others in the system.
