2 1533 King Henry VIII marries Anne Boleyn on January 25, Months later, on September 7, 1533, Queen Elizabeth I is born. (Alchin) (Alchin) (Alchin) (Valgi)

3 1547 On January, 28, 1547, King Henry VIII dies. His son Edward VI is left to the throne and becomes the new king of England. (Alchin) (Clip Art) (Alchin) (Clip Art)

4 1558 On November 25th, at the age of 25, Elizabeth takes the throne as queen. She also returns England back from Catholicism to the Church of England. (Alchin) (Valgi) (Shimmin) (Claire)

5 1562 On October 10th, 1562, Queen Elizabeth I almost dies. She suffers from a bad cold which later developed into a bad case of small pox which almost took her life. (Claire) (Claire) (Claire)

8 1577-1580 Between December 1577 & September 1580,
Sir Francis Drake successfully circumnavigated the world. Drake started the sail with five vessels but only Drakes ship, the Golden Hind, made the complete voyage. (Kraus) (Kraus) (Kraus) (Claire)

15 1603 On the 24th of March, 1603, Queen Elizabeth I dies and the Tudor dynasty comes to an end. The great-great grandson of King Henry VII, James I, is appointed King of England. (Alchin) (Clip Art) (Claire)
