3. In 2000, Manningham Council delegates attended Conferences in the United States to learn more about the benefits of promoting good Character in the community. As a result, Manningham declared itself a City of Character and Manningham Promoting Character (MPC) was formed. Proudly supported by Manningham City Council Manningham City of Character
