4 ePortfolio Reminders Reminders: Update your ePortfolio Weekly Include all assignments and support documents that are developed in the course Including but not limited to: your journal article reviews, annotated bibliography, weekly group activities, weekly readings presentations, multi- sensory presentation, and inquiry paper Add Educator Standards 1-2 …

5 Lesson Plan Reminders Reminders: Complete a lesson plan each week and provide a printout for everyone Also upload weekly lesson plans to ePortfolio under Samples of Instruction – don’t have to fill out lesson plan form This will help you to design effective lessons that include all of the key lesson components Of course include the standards that were addressed Highlight the Number and Operations, and Quantity concepts that were addressed (including standards) Lessons should relate to the respective weekly topics and integrate number and operations, and quantity concepts.

6 Lesson Framework Lesson Plans should include elements like the following: Objectives Standards Materials Motivation Procedures Closure (Student-centered) Lesson Extension and/or Modification Assessment of Learning
