2
If you play the game according to the class plan YOU - will be successful! The outcome of good team work and cooperation is SUCCESS! Ask any working person and they will agree.
3
Class bells are used to give the teacher a signal - the teacher then tells you if you may dismiss… …so that students do not miss information or block doorways
4
Sharpen pencils or borrow (emergencies) before class begins. Keep trash until we have a transition from one lesson to another, or till the end of class if necessary. Do not get up during class without permission. If you are tardy, walk in quietly and go to your seat without disturbing others****Remember 3 tardys and you have detention.
5
Wait for my instruction at the end of a lesson. Transition, or get ready for the next activity or lesson, quietly. When work is finished, listen for my directions; doing this makes work easier because we do not get confused. All work eventually goes into the white plastic class bins, but if you have make up work from absences, give it directly to me.
6
On task with assignment if working with a partner. Keep social chatter related to the assignment and whisper. Tell it like it is a secret Put your hand on your throat Say, “I am the best student in the world.” Did you feel the vibrations? Now say it so that you can’t feel anything. Now you have learned how to whisper. Raise hand to ask teacher questions.
7
Responsibility Democracy demands that its members make decisions and accept responsibility for the consequences of those decisions. Cooperation In a democracy, the student who can cooperate with others in any enterprise is far more likely to survive and thrive. Courage A student’s courage enables him to try, fail and try again, until he masters the challenges life poses. Self-esteem A student with high self-esteem sees herself as a capable human being who has a good opportunity to succeed at challenges.
8
As the bell rings, write important information for the days lessons and homework in your planner. These will be checked on Fridays. Collecting and handing out materials and checked papers are done without social disturbance. These smooth transitions will be rewarded.
9

Respect yourself, your teacher, your classmates, as well as visitors to the class, personal property, and the personal space of others. Use computers and supplies in the appropriate manner. The Internet is to be used only when given a specific assignment. Dispose of food or beverages before entering the computer classroom.

Lets enjoy learning about new careers, advice, and skills the career class has to offer together. (6th yellow, 7 th pink, 8 th blue). One last bit of computer advice: Pressing and beeping of computers will make it boot slower the next time; so you will no longer have computer privileges if this occurs. This is the warning. Be Careful – push up your chair when you get up each time. You can prevent many accidents by taking precautions prior to the events.
