11. CHALLENGES  Slow learners need more focus to come up.  There may b some students who do not want to work together.  Parents disagreement.  Uncomfortable with group works. SOLUTION  Appropriate grouping may help.  I will randomly group students to encourage collaboration with all class members.  Taking parents in confidence.  Motivation.

12. I will focus on questioning skills I will work on creating collaborative groups and pairs. I will successfully adopt 21 st century teaching approached in my class room. I will focus on encouragement rather than others.
