Lessons Learnt so far on IPA III Developing adequate expertise for project preparation; Challenge of preparing and implementing projects by municipalities; Importance of quality of EIA and public consultations process; Special focus on nature protection areas; Open and pro-active approach to preparing and submitting projects;
