Bryon Mueller at Minnesota has been the point person for Siemens ASL sequence and has modified the UPENN sequence for compatibility with UCSD calibration procedures. He has also generated a FSL-compatible analysis pipeline based on SPM and MATLAB scripts from UPENN and UCSD.
