40 Thus... The Bogota model may have more Cell Groups than any other church in the world—and they are only in their sixth year of developing the model.

41 HOW IT WORKS LEADER OF TWELVE Each one of the twelve has been developed by the Leader in a Cell Group. They have emerged as committed workers.

42 HOW IT WORKS LEADER OF TWELVE Each of the twelve develops up to three Cell Groups. The goal is to find twelve leaders who will launch Cells.
