6 Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research Centrum för klimatpolitisk forskning Vulnerability All the factors that determine the outcome of a hazard event of a given nature and severity Societal construction (housing), Emergency resources and plans (evaculation, flood control measures) Alternative drinking water supplies, housing areas, etc Some definitions….
