12 October 20, 2008 Rolf Nahnhauer Summary DOM mass production was running without problems Production team was well trained but finally “diffusing” Delivery of components mostly smooth Storage space sufficient but at the limit, many transports between Zeuthen and Wildau necessary Many small problems contribute to test failure rate Total failure rate after rework about 1%, better than expected DESY finished DOM production in autumn 2008  well in time  well in cost estimations
