Available on the school website in February and always due in April. 5. Senior Activities Senior Trip/Dinner/Gateway Clipper Final Transcripts- no transcript will be sent if the form isn't completed by the student. Colleges/Scholarships/employment/military receive the attendance report when you request a transcript to be sent. For dual enrollment courses you must contact the college registrar to send transcripts. Forms also available in the guidance office. Final Scholarship List/Update in guidance office
