3. Parent-child Early Bird Reading Scheme (2002-2003) All Children and parents are welcome to join the Scheme. You do not need to apply for joining the Scheme. 4. Each participant will be given a record card for participation. A chop will be stamped in the record card to mark your participation. Those who have attended the Scheme for more than 12 times will be awarded a small souvenir.
