What is stress? Stress is when you are feeling: -Frustrated -Angry -Nervous -Strained -Depression

What is anxiety? Anxiety is a feeling of: -Fear -Unease -Worry -Pressure

Sometimes, people feel stressed and sad so often they will consider taking a pill that makes them happy. There called happy pills.

The Circulatory System! Stress and anxiety affect a system in your body. Its called the circulatory system. There are 3 main parts in this system: 1.The heart 2. Blood vassals 3.The blood
