7.  SATs week 9 th May 2016  New style SATs tests for Numeracy – 2 non calculator reasoning papers and an arithmetic paper. No mental maths paper  SPAG test  Reading paper with three texts becoming increasing more difficult  Writing assessed by the teacher  No level 6 test  New scaled scores instead of levels – 100 will be average. Parents will be told if pupils have met the National Standard. SATs
