TÜBİTAK SOCRATES II European Community action programme in the field of education Supports European cooperation in all areas of education Helps fund a wide range of partnership and exchange schemes, including grants to study, teach, follow a training course or get work experience abroad. Open to everyone in the education sector who is interested in innovative European projects and networks designed to improve teaching and learning. Second phase of the programme will run for seven years (2000-2006 - Socrates II)
