2. Invention: Jell-O My invention is on Jell-O. Eli Cooper invented Jell-O in 1845.It was invented because they thought if it went into stores that maybe people would buy it. How it made life easier is by when you made homemade Jell-O only the only ingredient you would have to use is boiled water and by mixing fruit in the Jell-O then kids will eat it. Here are some really neat facts about how Jell-O was invented. 1. Peter Cooper’s wife named Jell-O Jell-O. 2. The first flavors of Jell-O were strawberry, raspberry, orange and lemon. 3. The best population of where they’re selling Jell-O is Utah. 4. Jell-O is made from tasteless, order less and colorless products. Peter Cooper was born in 1791 in New York City and died in 1883.

Jell-O is my favorite desert because after I get done eating dinner I go to the kitchen and grab the Jell-O out of the fridge to eat it.
