2. Type in SOATEST in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Test Score Information form 1. Type in ID number or perform person search. 2. Click Next Block.

4. Test Score Information form 1. Click Test Code drop down arrow. 2. Click on appropriate test code. 3. Click OK.

5. Test Score Information form 1. Enter Test Score. 2. Enter Test Date by using the format “mmddyyyy” or Calendar icon. 4. Select Source. 3&5. Click Save. 6. Exit form.

6. Type in SPAIDEN in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

7. General Person Identification form 1. Click Next Block. 2. Additional Identification tab.

8. General Person Identification form 1. Select appropriate test ID code. 2. Move cursor to Additional Identification field and type in test registration number. 3. Click Save. 4. Exit form.

9. Graduate Admissions Test Score Look Up

10. Type in SOATEST in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

11. Test Score Information Click Next Block.

12. Test Score Information 1. Review data. 2. Exit form.
