Who were they that heard yet were rebellious? All those who left Egypt under Moses’ leadership With whom was He provoked for 40 years? Those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness To whom did He swear that they should never enter His rest? Those who were disobedient CONCLUSION: They were unable to enter because of unbelief
