Objectives To learn what an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is and why one should be established for each Manure and Wastewater Handling, Storage and Application System. To become familiar with the various types of emergencies which can occur and the major components of an EAP. To introduce to the eight “C’s” of implementing the plan and review a sample EAP.
