2 Physical Activity vs. Physical Fitness Physical activity is ANY form of movement that causes your body to use energy. Physical Fitness is the ability to carry out daily tasks easily and have enough reserve energy to respond to unexpected demands.

10 Weekly Fitness Log Why do we have guidelines for physical activity? Homework: 1. set a goal for your weekly exercise. 2. Make a list of activity ideas to help you reach your goal. 3. Complete the log for 5 days. List in detail the activities you participated in.
