Tools/Options/Mail Format Add signature by adding your business card from contacts Add a new signature name Click on business card

Calendar Add American Holidays –Calendar Options/Tools –Preferences/Calendar –Calendar Options –Add Holidays Play with other options under Calendar/ Options/ Tools Color The way the calendar shows Etc Try under print/ print styles/ weekly/ monthly/ details – check out page setup with each one

Meetings/Invitations Click on Invite Attendees (just like sending an e-mail). (Add some names) Click on responses to determine type of responses allowed Click on scheduling to see times/dates available Recurrence Viewing Calendar Deleting past appointments (quick look at how much you have in outlook)

RSS Feed Let’s add Mike’s blog as an RSS Feed to our in-box (you can do this with any blog/SWIFT/ etc. Website: http: //seekingsharedlearning.blogspot.com/2009/06/im-on-my-way.html Process: – Open folder with RSS Feed – Tools/Account Settings/RSS Feeds – Change Folder (to Inbox)
