6. Skills to Change Institute, Inc. Oklahoma City, OK As a temporary assistant I worked with office management to integrate a paperless system by migrating client information to a database. My primary duties included; reviewing client files, contacting patient’s for updates. I assisted in front desk management working with bilingual patients, processing intake forms, electronically entering client data. Established and created a buzz for Eventbrite to effectively coordinate Events worldwide. Promoted and supported Social Media sites. Updated and streamlined website. Created and designed marketing tools. November 2013 – February 2013

7. Baylor Health Care Systems Dallas, Texas Assessed departmental needs. Developed e-learning plans. Designed courses and supportive materials using Microsoft Office, Captivate, Adobe Suite, SoftChalk, Articulate and Moodle. Evaluated courses online and surveyed learners for feedback. Supported faculty, staff and students in accessing, enrolling and withdrawing learners from classroom and online courses. Answered phone calls, e-mails, in-person questions and requests. May 2011 – August 2012

8. USAA San Antonio, Texas Developed the layout and design of websites, magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publications. Produced promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures. Directly worked with SMEs and Staff to provide courses that enhanced online experience for both the employees and the customers. Fielding calls and e-mails from users allowed me to have first hand interaction with the intended audience and effectively utilize that information to further improve products and services.
