To make a statement say the subject and the verb. To make a question, just say them in reverse. Flip a question mark where the question begins. A right-side-up one always goes where it ends.

¿Por qué? asks why ¿Cuándo? asks when ¿Dónde? asks where To find out who, ask ¿Quién? ¿Qué? is what Which is ¿Cuál? How is ¿Cómo? Put an accent on 'em all! (REPEAT)
