ARNG-DDARNG Briefing Objectives Inform Army Acquisition PEOs and Human Resource Managers about ARNG’s plan to develop and maintain a ARNG career managed AWF that provides officers to the AWF starting the Summer of FY11. Coordinate directly with PEOs and Human Resource Managers who may be assigned officers in FY11 & FY12. Open communications with the Army’s Acquisition Community about the ARNG’s plan to provide certified officers to the Army’s AWF.

ARNG-DDARNG ARNG Career Management Acquisition Objectives Contribute to the Army’s Acquisition Mission and meet DAWIA training, experience and certification requirements. Develop & manage a professional ARNG AWF from FY11 -15 to consistently fill specific ARNG and Army AWF positions. Provide certified officers to the Army Acquisition Community for positions important to the ARNG. Ensure that ARNG AWF officers are provided essential opportunities to be fully competitive and excel in the Army’s AWF. 11
