Enhancements Timeline 1.September -- October: sending major enhancement suggestion/s directly to the AIUG Enhancements Coordinator approx. one month prior to the annual conference, for discussion at the pre-conference meeting 2.May -- December: submitting your site's enhancement request/s via the IUG website 3. March: reviewing all submissions to the IUG website and voting in the ballot 4. March: prioritising 'top 3' of all entries in the IUG final ballot and forwarding these to AIUG Enhancements Coordinator to be collated into spreadsheet for AIUG Chair to take to meeting with Innovative staff at IUG conference 5. May -- June: AIUG Chair reports back to membership
