23. Answer Cyber bullying is when communication online turns hostile, threatening, or harassing whether in email, chat, instant messages, through bulletin boards, or even webpages.

25. Answer Netiquette is a set of rules for online communication.

27. Answer  Avoid typing in all capitals, which is considered shouting  Never send a Flame email – make sure you aren’t angry when you send email, that you proofread, etc.  Use emoticons to convey emotions. Be considerate of others while communicating online.
