View and verify student data 4 The Student Name and Student ID Number fields must be correct in PearsonAccess Prior to verifying student data, ensure all students have been placed in test sessions (add students to test sessions as needed) Review Session Roster to display all students and verify Student Name and Student ID Number for all students in the session prior to testing Repeat for all sessions until all student information is verified
5
View and verify student data 5 If Student Name or Student ID Number is incorrect, there are two options to correct data: If student was entered via PreID upload, follow steps to delete a student, then follow steps to add a student (with corrected information) before testing If student was entered via New Student wizard, it can be corrected either before or after testing District Assessment Coordinator must make the request by contacting Pearson at 877-847-3043 All change requests must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on the last day of testing for each subject

How to delete a student 7 You cannot correct (edit) certain data in the student profiles in PearsonAccess (e.g. Student Name or Student ID Number) For a student profile with an incorrect Student Name or Student ID Number (entered via PreID upload), you need to remove the student’s test assignment (i.e. delete the student) and then create a new student record Technically, this does not completely delete the student from PearsonAccess, but it will prevent the student from being assigned to a test session

How to add a student 10 Use the New Student wizard: For students not already uploaded during the PreID process To create a new profile for students with an incorrect Student Name or Student ID Number, entered via PreID upload (after test assignment has been removed from the incorrect profile) To successfully create a new student profile, you must complete the following five-part registration process: Part 1: Add a New Student Part 2: Edit Student Details Part 3: Edit Test Registration Details Part 4: Edit Class Registration Part 5: Edit Assigned Tests and Enable the Student to Test on Computer
