All staff models respect, positive attitude Follow up with parents when they have an issue Teacher calls for positive comments Follow protocols for open enrollments

No one on campus after hours without an administrator or designee assigned at site Follow up to ensure all doors/gates locked—do not assume this gets done Ensure that security alarms are set ◦ Do not share codes—breaches are traced and monitored Remember that hanging paper, etc. near vents can set off alarms NUMEROUS alarm calls—often result in overtime for District security monitors The administrator must call Frank or Sixto to make arrangements to have opened

Notify Prevention Office regarding planned events to ensure security has been addressed

Report all incidents: thefts, break-ins, injuries, mandatory reports, medical emergencies, etc. Complete Emergency Incident Report and send to Incident Report Team Some CPS calls just reported through emails—those requiring more information reported on Incident Report Team—if sensitive information, indicate on Emergency Incident Report that separate report following— Separate report (within 24 hours) goes to Student Services only

Call 911. Activate incident command response Call Assistant Superintendent of Student Services—if no response, call Frank Morales or Sixto Molina Do not leave messages Evacuation if appropriate Lock-down if appropriate Account for all students/staff—keep rosters
