WWW.COLLAB365.EVENT S What is Collaboration? Collaboration enables individuals to work together to achieve a defined and common business purpose. It exists in two forms: – Synchronous, where everyone interacts in real time, as in online meetings, through instant messaging, or via Skype, and – Asynchronous, where the interaction can be time-shifted, as when uploading documents or annotations to shared workspaces, or making contributions to a wiki See more at: http://www.aiim.org/What-is-Collaboration

WWW.COLLAB365.EVENT S What is Collaboration? Collaborating is a skill. SharePoint is a tool to assist in making collaborating easier.

WWW.COLLAB365.EVENT S How NOT to collaborate effectively Companies the world over own SharePoint but have employees that do not leverage it correctly or at all, even with the most basic functionality that will allow them to work smarter and truly collaborate with others in their company. Many times they are ‘stuck’ in their ways’ of using a network drive and/or email to socialize files. Using SharePoint in place of these outdated methods allows there to be ‘One Version of the Truth’ and allow all to be on the same page.
